A 1/2 day training session for people new to the pharmaceutical industry, or those wanting a basic refresher.

You will learn:

– What is quality and why is it important
– Who is Medsafe, and what is the GMP code
– The importance of controlled documents
– Basic Good Documentation Practices (ALCOA+), and why we need to follow them

Root Cause Assessment Training

Problem solving, with good root cause assessment and implementation of corrective and preventive actions are very important in industry so that the same issues don’t crop up time and again.

So we have a full 1 day interactive training session covering:

– Defining the problem
– Fishbone diagram
– 5 whys
– Root cause analysis
– Effective corrective / preventive actions
– Implementation
– Check in

Customised GMP Training

An interactive customised training session for your general, or quality staff, covering exactly what you are looking for.
